Terms of service

By accessing or using Innovate Tours, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Innovate Tours provides software-as-a-service for creating branded video tours and marketing materials for real estate listings from phone-captured footage. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You retain ownership of the videos, photos, property information, and other materials you upload. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and deliver that content as needed to provide the service. We will not use your content for any other purpose without your permission.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload and use the content you submit.

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or that you do not have the right to use.
• Attempt to interfere with the service, bypass access controls, or probe for vulnerabilities.
• Use the service to harass, defame, or violate the privacy of any person.
• Resell or sublicense access to the service without our written permission.

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as explicitly stated in writing. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Tours, videos, and files we generate and deliver to you are released to you without restriction. You may use them on MLS, your website, social channels, print materials, or anywhere else - they are yours.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that creates risk for us or other users. You may delete your account at any time.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet specific requirements. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Innovate Tours is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless we agree otherwise.

We may revise these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the date above and notify you where appropriate. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept them.
